Tom Bombadil

As the oldest member of the team, Tom brings a necessary wisdom and gravitas to the project. His indifferent demeanor drives the other team members to work as hard as possible to impress him.

Tom, blissful as a bodhisattva, remains unfazed by any activity around him. As the orangest, most Garfieldian team member, he is tirelessly dedicated to eating and sleeping.

Goldberry

Her Majesty Queen Goldberry, the Dread Empress, is the unquestioned ruler of her house. Everyone else who lives there does so at her pleasure.

As royalty, Goldberry is above the mundane, petty tasks of a mere scribe. Her role is purely supervisory. Of course, she retains the royal privilege of ending all work in favor of food and/or uppies.

Dante

Friendly and excitable, Dante placed all of his character points into Charisma, leaving everyone else in the house subject to his wily charms.

Dante has great ideas, but rarely applies himself. He focuses better once he’s had his morning coffee.

Beatrice

As the most serious scaredy-cat on the team, Beatrice proofreads any writing to test the horror level. If she isn’t under the bed, it needs more work.

Beatrice prefers to work from the windowsill, where she can recharge her solar batteries. Despite the name, she has not actually guided Dante through Paradise. They’re both too mercurial for long trips.

Edelgard

Edelgard, aka Fast Eddie One-Eye, is both the newest team member and the youngest. As she’s too young for real responsibility, her only job is to occasionally stab the writer to keep him on his toes.

Eddie never talks about the secret mission where she lost her eye, but scattered pieces of intel suggest she was in Madripoor at the time.

Nick

Nick is primarily on the team because his inferior primate hands can operate the keyboard. He is not a serious person
